We provide customized cleaning for each individual client. We appreciate all homes and clients are different and we strive to meet your personal needs.
 
It’s easy to schedule a cleaning with Bright Touch! Complete an estimate request form – to provide an estimate, we’ll need some basic information, e.g. size of house, which rooms you’d like us to clean, etc. The form takes no more than a couple of minutes to complete and lets us know exactly what you are looking for. When you submit the form, our office will contact you usually within one business day with your cleaning rate. Schedule a cleaning – After we give you the customized rate for your cleaning needs, we will indicate some available appointments. If the days and times work for you, we will immediately schedule your cleaning with us.
 
To help keep things simple and give our clients certainty of the cost of their cleaning, we charge a flat rate for our standard cleaning service. We provide customized pricing based on your specific requirements and how frequently you would like us to clean your home. We offer weekly, biweekly, monthly, ad hoc, and specialized one-time cleaning based on your needs. Typically, the more frequent the cleaning, the lower the rate since less effort should be needed with less time between visits.
 
To help ensure our cleaning specialists can clean as efficiently as possible, we ask clients to ensure the “decks are cleared”, i.e., toys, clothing, etc. removed from floors, dishes removed from the sink. For recurring cleaning, the crew usually consists of one cleaning specialist. We always try to ensure that the same cleaning specialist cleans your home on each visit as this allows them to get to know our clients on a more personal, yet professional level. However, if your regular cleaning specialist is sick or on vacation, you will still have a qualified cleaning specialist there to do the job to the same standard you will come to expect from Bright Touch.
 
We are fully bonded and insured. We carry insurance for our employees and the work we do in your home. We guarantee your satisfaction. If something did not meet your expectations, let us know within 24 hours and we will fix it.
 
No, we do not require a contract.
 
We understand that life happens. However, we ask our clients to give us at least 2 business days’ notice when canceling an appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours of an appointment will incur 50% of the cleaning fee. Of course, there are always unexpected circumstances that could override this charge.
